You may return an item within 30 daysof receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packagingto be eligible for a return.
Items that have been personalized, unsealed, or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Receive Return Authorization– We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Send the Item Back– Securely package the item and send it to our return address provided in our confirmation email. Ensure the returns note is included in the package.
We offer free returnsfor items that are damaged, faulty, or sent in error.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A free return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns.
